#ItaliaLive: the initiative
#ItaliaLive campaign is a manifesto and an open letter to Italian institutions which for the first time sees several associations of the Events Industry united for one purpose: to make their voices heard!
Genius Progetti supports the initiative and actively participates in spreading the message promoted by ADMEI, AIIC Italy, Alliance of Italian Cooperatives, ANBC, Club of Events and Live Communication, Convention Bureau Italy, Federcongressi & eventi, ICCA, MPI Italia Chapter, SITE Italy.
A manifesto that represents us
The goal of the #ItaliaLive campaign is to turn the lights on the serious economic and social crisis that the events sector and that of live communication are going through due to the restrictions imposed to contain the Covid emergency. 19.
The entire sector generates 65.5 billion euros, but having been forced to stop any activity, turnover is down 50% and 570 thousand jobs are at risk.
Open letter to the institutions
We need concrete actions! We at Genius Progetti have signed the initiative convinced that only the union of the entire industry can make the difference.
An open letter on behalf of all the signatories has already been sent to the President of the Council of Ministers Giuseppe Conte, to the Minister of Economy and Finance Roberto Gualtieri, to the Minister of Economic Development Stefano Patuanelli and to the Minister for Cultural Heritage and Activities and for Tourism Dario Franceschini.
With #ItaliaLive we ask for immediate action
We ask for immediate actions to support many invisible, but strategic, activities that carry out 1 million small and large events per year throughout Italy.
As part of this community, made up of live communication and event production agencies operating both in Italy and throughout Europe and worldwide, Genius Progetti has made a commitment to participate in the initiative and disseminate the contents of the #ItaliaLive campaign.
