Custom event production for a top client
Genius Progetti top clients include a famous sports car manufacturer among the most influential in the automotive industry. Earlier this year, the company entrusted our team with the project dedicated to the presentation of the new model throughout Europe.
For the occasion, we developed a 71-stage roadshow lasting 6 months. A traveling event of enormous dimensions and of which we took care of every single aspect, both organizational and logistical. We worked to create a perfect harmony between the peculiarities of the location and the event, ensuring the same success every night.
The format: gala dinner and immersive show
Two teams traveled in parallel starting from London, in April, and arriving in Istanbul, in October. This was a real production involving 16,000 of our client’s contacts. For these guests, at each stop, we organized an evening in the name of Italian elegance and Dolce Vita style.
The format of the experience included a gala dinner, but more importantly an immersive light and video show, produced by us, accompanied by the performance of 4 artists. The highlight of the show was the reveal of the new car, supported by a modular led wall that enhanced the artistic part of the show.
The event locations: extraordinary and private venues
The dedicated production team followed the planning of the entire event, selecting and managing all the suppliers involved. The schedule of each stop was studied well in advance so that we took care of off-site and on-site logistics by adapting the show format to each city.
The locations were similarly chosen with extreme care from emblematic architecture, historic monuments and prominent theaters. The event was also hosted in extraordinary and private locations, such as royal stables and exclusive museum spaces.
