We had already widely announced the expansion of Genius Progetti in the field of fashion and private events in a previous article. However, the official opening of the new division, Genius Eventi, took place last June 18, 2019 with an exclusive party.
Genius Eventi: new fashion division
The inauguration party took place about a year after the actual launch of the activities, a time necessary for the Managing Director, Tommaso Ficari, to take the first steps in the market of luxury events and fashion in Tuscany. The headquarters of Genius Eventi is in fact in Florence, inside Palazzo Pandolfini, a historic building in the city center.
The occasion aimed to highlight and show off, in front of important figures in the sector, the particular creative and organizational skills of Genius Eventi in the realization of large custom events.
Organization of the party at Palazzo Pandolfini
The internal courtyard of Palazzo Pandolfini was chosen as the location for the festival in an exceptional way, as it is rarely used for events. For the occasion, the garden has been transformed into an exclusive open-air lounge bar with a large circular bar counter right in the center.
The surrounding space was instead used to place chairs, sofas and tables to accommodate the guests. Aperitifs and finger food were served in passing, while the open-bar realized the cocktails requested by the guests in real time.
The Progetti team: planners and guests
As majority shareholders of Genius Eventi, the organization of the party saw us as protagonists, but we also participated as guests with our entire team.
The party was a unique opportunity to affirm and make known to the general public our division dedicated to fashion, private events (especially weddings, ceremonies, birthdays) and the organization of charity events. The event was attended by professionals from the sector, suppliers of exclusive and luxury services such as catering, audio and light designers, historical location owners.
