What’s a loyalty event

A loyalty event is meant to establish and reinforce the connection between the brand and its customers, create a community, and engage prospects on a personal level. Moreover, we aim to develop brand loyalty through unforgettable experiences and events.

Over the years, our experience developed into a special event format to engage clients and prospects at unconventional locations like the international circuits of Italy and Europe.

Our experience with loyalty events around Europe

The loyalty events take place on the weekends, from March to October, in the paddock of international circuits. We already experienced the planning at Imola, Monza, Mugello, Varano, Silverstone, Valencia, Misano, Hockenheim, Spa-Francorchamps.

The paddocks are set up with a hospitality area, a display area and a restaurant area. The latest car or motorbike models of the brand are displayed in this area, usually five vehicles. Guests are invited to jump on the vehicles and examine the design details. In compliance with the Covid-19 regulations, the vehicles are sanitized after each test.

Special activities for selected guests

Local dealers are part of the event as they are given the opportunity to invite their own clients (already owners) and prospects to participate. Each dealer has a limited invitation package to distribute, so guests are carefully selected.

The loyalty events usually last 2 days. Participants are offered the opportunity to experiment various activities. Car owners can experience timed laps on track with their cars, challenge themselves and push their vehicle full speed in a safe environment. On the other hand, prospects are offered test drives on the road or on the circuit track. Extra activities include driving karts on the dedicated track and trying a driving simulator.

Planning, managing and coordinating the event

Genius Progetti takes care of the planning and managing of every moment and acitivity taking place in the paddock. Also, every loyalty event includes a gala dinner that takes place at the paddock or at a luxury location nearby the circuit. Our staff deals with the entire organization: from the concept design to the smallest details.

Loyalty events are really appreciated by guests, being invited to such an exclusive experience is rewarding as customers but also as fans of the brand.
