To think that, to be effective, an exhibition stand must be the absolute protagonist of the trade show, speaking of size, colors and sounds, is completely wrong. In our twenty years of experience in this industry, we have repeatedly experienced that it is not always the largest and loudest stand that attracts the attention of the public.
In this article we want to share some tips for companies oriented to the creation of a small trade show booth, up to 20 square meters. Both for budget needs and for choice.
With regard to small-sized exhibition stands, the rule to follow is “less is more”. Fill the exhibition space with many elements trying to show as many products or services as possible is completely useless.
The space would then be impassable. Better to opt for a minimalist design that highlights only a few selected products that best represent the company and its services.

The concept and design of an exhibition booth should always be creative and original, but for tiny spaces it is an inevitable feature. It will be the creative elements the ones attracting the attention and interest of the public by making your prospects visit your stand.

Some “tricks”, to improve the perception of the exhibition space concern colors and other small details. For example, it would be useful to use a minimal color palette inherent to the colors of your brand and also transparent panels or dividers.
If the building where the fair is held allows it, it is also possible to evaluate the creation of a mezzanine to increase the available space. In this area you could build a small office or a private meeting room in which to receive prospects.
