During our 25 years of activity around Italy and Europe, we have had the opportunity to experience the benefits of a welcome cared for in every detail on our skin. The guests, in fact, arrive at the event in the right mood to fully appreciate the evening or the occasion that has been prepared for them.
Genius Progetti takes care of reserving hotels, villas and locations, even entirely and exclusively for the guests of the event and can completely customize them. In fact, we can manage to set-up the hotel using custom-made furniture and lights that show the logo and the colors of the brand that promoted the event.
Private concierge service
Recently we have activated an internal organizing secretary service that deals with the registration of confirmed guests for the event, their reception and the planning of every necessary transfer. The team of the organizing secretary remains available to guests for the entire duration of the event as the only point of reference for their needs.
We also take care of the organization of collateral events such as gala dinners, private tours and cruises or informal parties.
